Proven Project Management
Beyond the beauty of time-lapse, Site-Eye’s robust, weatherproof cameras not only record images in the highest possible detail (up to 50 megapixels for 4K, 8K and beyond), they are also connected to the Internet 24/7.
Each and every photo is uploaded, archived, and viewable via the Site-Eye Project Portal, a secure, web-based, time-stamped image archive, where you can view full resolution images from your site in close to real time. Compare current and archived images to check progress, and monitor all work on site to date.
Archives like this have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential construction issues and disputes over the years. Problems over quality of work, work done to date, material brought on site, or safety violations have been resolved by simply referencing the Site-Eye picture archive.
Powerful PR and Marketing
As well as a powerful final time-lapse film of your entire project, the Site-Eye Project Portal gives you access to interim and monthly time-lapse sequences ready to use for PR and marketing.
Parts of your Site-Eye camera feed can also be made publicly available. Site-Eye’s open API enables web developers to create custom interfaces to selected elements of the back-end image library via a well documented interface, enabling easy integration with corporate websites or social media channels.
All this helps keep customers, investors and stakeholders engaged and informed about your project, its progress, and your milestones to date.
SiteStream: the Next Level
Site-Eye time-lapse cameras normally capture and upload one image every 10 minutes. But for those that want more, Site-Eye have introduced SiteStream, a live video feed in crisp, clear, Full-HD video, which is stored and made available in real time via the Site-Eye Project Portal, along with your image archive.
And just like time-lapse images, a SiteStream feed can be broadcast via your website for PR and marketing, either live in real time, or with a predetermined delay.
Proven Technology
Site-Eye’s camera and portal technology has been proven in the field, time and again. They’ve completed over 2000 projects to date in Britain and around the world. Major projects have included the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, The Shard, CrossRail, Apple Store Milan, shipbuilding projects in S. Korea, the upcoming Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium, as well as ITER, the experimental fusion reactor being built in Southern France.
