Dronesurvey Asia is the designated Reseller and Support Agent for the Flyability Elios internal inspection drone. Enclosed within its own unique floating cage, the Elios is designed for up-close inspection inside difficult, hard-to-reach and sometimes hazardous internal environments.
The Elios has been successfully deployed across a wide range of industries, including oil & gas facilities, power generation (power stations and power lines), chemical and industrial manufacturing, water and drainage infrastructure, and ship maintenance. Elios is available as a complete system, ready to fly, including training and 24/7 customer support. The drone itself comes with a built-in Full-HD camera, along with a thermal camera, and a powerful on board LED lighting system.
Klau PPK Geo-Referencing System
Dronesurvey Asia a Reseller for The Klau PPK Geo-Referencing System, a combined hardware / software system designed to deliver significantly enhanced Drone-based surveying and mapping precision without the need for Ground Control Points (GCPs).
Compatible with most DJI UAVs and cameras, the KlauPPK system enables precise surveying and mapping missions with far better, more consistent results. All photos are geotagged using sophisticated yet simple processing, enabling precise PPK positions in any coordinate system. Cameras or complete drone systems can be supplied pre-calibrated and ready to fly.
PPK (Post Processed Kinematic) is a more reliable alternative to RTK: all data is logged in the UAV and processed with base station data after the flight. There is no data or initialization loss as there might be in RTK due to radio link limitations. PPK offers greater flexibility in operations, longer range from the base, is more reliable, more accurate and easier to use.
In the area of structural inspection, managing and archiving the huge amount of data drones generate can quickly become a major headache. Expanse is a cloud-based data management system specifically designed and built for end-to-end drone-based operations management, inspections, data analysis and reporting.
Expanse can optimise the way enterprises manage assets; improving safety, efficiency and asset performance. The system can securely and efficiently manage data, creating intuitive reports accessible to all stakeholders through the cloud. Inspection findings can be presented in the context of a 3D model of the asset, and users can reach the deepest level of inspection information in just two clicks.
All of this is available in a third of the time it might take to create cumbersome reports with spreadsheets, word processing or presentation software.
Dronesurvey Asia is an Authorised Reseller for DroneDeploy’s extensive cloud-based mapping, modelling and data processing solutions. DroneDeploy users have mapped over 20 million acres around the world since the company was founded in 2015.
DroneDeploy’s user-friendly platform makes it possible for companies of any size to improve their workflows through scalable image processing, data storage, and real-time sharable drone maps and 3D models.
Their new roof inspection and analysis system can automatically collect high resolution roof imagery and generate comprehensive, detailed and precise roof reports 3x faster than traditional methods, with the benefits of faster turnaround and enhanced safety.
