Note that Pix4Dmatic 2 Analyst is the base level version of Pix4Dmatic 2. It replaces Pix4Dsurvey, which has now been discontinued. With Pix4Dmatic 2 Analyst, you have all the features you need for advanced surveying and vectorisation work, and the functionality of Pix4Dsurvey is now folded into Pix4Dmatic 2 Analyst and Pixr4Dmatic 2 Pro.

Pix4Dmatic 2 Analyst is designed for survey workflows only, such as terrain classification, grid of points, and contour lines. You cannot do photogrammetry processing in Pix4Dmatic 2 Analyst: for that you need to upgrade to Pix4Dmatic 2 Standard or Pix4Dmatic 2 Pro.
