We accept payment by most major credit cards, or by bank transfer. For reference, hover over the blue [i] next to a price to see the US Dollar (USD) equivalent. Final checkout and billing to your credit card will be in HKD. Credit card payment is almost immediate, while bank transfers may take 2-3 working days to process.
The final order price at checkout (or on your quotation, if you choose that option) includes all costs except import taxes and duties, which are usually paid upon receipt of the goods. If you don’t know your country’s import terms or customs conditions, please contact your local customs authorities for more information.
Purchase Orders and Quotations
Shop online via the store as normal. Enter your billing and shipping information, then at checkout, select “Formal Quotation”. A quote with an order number will be generated which you can view online, or download as a PDF. You’ll also receive an email with a link to your quote document.
You can convert your quote to an invoice at any time. Invoices generated this way must be settled in full by bank transfer prior to shipping. All quotes and invoices are priced in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Quotes and invoices will be generated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD. For bank transfers, we can accept settlement in either HKD or USD, but please contact us first if you wish to settle in USD.
Orders are normally shipped in 1 business day after confirmed full payment.

Free shipping! All orders delivered in Hong Kong are entitled to free delivery!
Shipping: to a Hong Kong Forwarder
For overseas orders, if you wish to use your own shipping agency or freight forwarder in Hong Kong for onward shipment, we are happy to do that. However, all shipping charges, fees and customs duties are your responsibility, and will be charged by your forwarder at your end (the receiver end). We also charge a handling fee of HK$680 / US$84 for all shipments to local freight forwarders or warehouses to cover the additional admin involved.
Shipping: direct from Hong Kong
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via FedEx or DHL. Shipping options for each are available at checkout. You can check shipping rates on the basket page by entering a valid shipping address.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you let you know the earliest possible availability. We don’t normally ship until all items in the order are in stock and available. Partial shipment is not currently available.
Note: due to covid-19 limitations, delivery dates may vary without notice. Keep your tracking number handy, and contact FedEx / DHL if you have concerns.
FedEx Economy shipping is currently not available from Hong Kong, again due to covid-19 restrictions. Only FedEx Priority is available at this time.
Customs and Import Duties
Customer is responsible for all and any customs and import duties that may be imposed or charged at the receiving location. We ship to many countries in the region, and each may have different regulations for different product types. We cannot be responsible for potential charges or customs import levies that might be required at the port of entry.
What should I do if the shipping address is incorrect?
Contact us immediately if you find a mistake. After an order is shipped, there is little we can do unless the package is returned to us.
Refund and replacement
Can I Cancel an Order?
For credit card payments, you can cancel the order via the link provided in your confirmation email, but only within the first 2 hours after an order is placed. Money will be refunded if you cancel your order during first 2 hours. If the parcel was shipped we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.
For quotation / invoice payments via bank transfer, please contact us if you wish to cancel after initiating a bank transfer. Charges may apply. The validity of quotations is 30 days net from the date of order placement. If a quotation runs over the 30 day period, you won’t be able to convert it to an invoice; you will need to place a new order.
What do I do if a product is malfunctioning?
If a device does not work properly, please contact us with your order number and details. We will help you with troubleshooting and arrange a replacement, if needed. Warranty period is 60 days for general Reach products and accessories, and 1 year for Reach RS+ and Reach RS2.
