Dronesurvey Asia is Hong Kong’s leading enterprise drone service and solution provider. Founded in 2016, and run by experienced drone operators and experts, Dronesurvey Asia has built a solid reputation for offering a wide range of aerial data capture, processing, and consulting services in Hong Kong’s construction and public infrastructure sector.
Our expertise covers aerial survey mapping and photogrammetry (2D and 3D), industrial and structural inspection, asset monitoring and security, as well as movie and TV aerial video and photography.
We provide not only safe and efficient drone services for data gathering, but also solutions for data processing, management, and comprehensive analysis.
Dronesurvey Asia represents and supports a number of specialist enterprise drone products and services from around the world. These systems and solutions are specifically designed to enhance business processes in key industrial sectors. As one example, Dronesurvey Asia is the official Channel Partner and Support Agent (Hong Kong and Macau) for the unique Flyability Elios, the world’s most advanced drone for confined and hazardous space inspection.
This is a fast-changing field, and we are continually evaluating and adding new technologies. View our latest offerings here.
Drone technology is improving all the time, but there are still inherent risks in any operation, especially over confined, tight and busy urban environments found in Hong Kong.
To that end, safety and risk mitigation are our top priorities: all our drone pilots hold the UK-based CDP-C™ or an equivalent qualification for commercial aerial operations. We have a full Advanced Operations Permit (AOP) from the Civil Aviation Department (CAD), under Hong Kong’s new Small Unmanned Aircraft regulations that came into force in 2022.
If you’re looking to set up an in-house drone programme, we also provide an independent drone advisory and consulting service, with a range of services, including research and business process analysis, recommended implementation strategies, hardware and technologies (for both aerial data capture and post-processing data management), personnel training, flight training, fleet management, maintenance and support services.
