Order directly and pay online. Or order here first, we can issue an invoice, and you pay later by bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards, as well as AliPay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, FPS in Hong Kong, and bank transfer.
Currency
All prices shown are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All payments and fees will be shown in and settled in Hong Kong Dollars. For bank transfer payments, we can accept both HKD and USD, but please contact us first if you wish to settle in USD.
Shipping
Free shipping in Hong Kong! Outside Hong Kong, all orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or SF Express (for China). Enter a valid shipping address, and you’ll see FedEx/DHL rates in the basket page before checkout. For SF Express, please contact us first.
Corporate and Government Orders
For corporate/government orders, simply add products to the cart as normal, then choose “Direct Bank Transfer” at checkout. We will email you a formal invoice with shipping charges included. Invoices will be in HKD: please contact us if you would like an invoice in USD.
Education Orders
We can also offer discounted versions on certain Pix4D software application licences to students and educational institutions. Please contact us for more details.
Cancellation, Refund and Replacement
For credit card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay payments, you can cancel the order via the link provided in your confirmation email, but only within the first 2 hours after an order is placed. Money will be refunded if you cancel your order during first 2 hours. If your order was shipped, we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.
For direct bank transfer payments, please contact us if you wish to cancel after initiating a bank transfer. Charges may apply.
Returns
For Emlid products, if a device is not working properly, please contact us with your order number and details. We will help with troubleshooting and if needed, arrange a replacement. Warranty period is 60 days for general products and accessories, and 1 year for the Emlid Reach RS2+, RS3, and RX.
